One-Minute DRIP Part 3
There are many ways to DRIP
In Part 2, I talked about the magic of hydration in the abstract. Now, let’s take a look at a couple of concrete examples. Both are based on an initial deposit of 10 DRIP, which will be 9 DRIP after the 10% deposit fee. Here are two common approaches:
- Hydrate Like a Boss: do nothing but hydrate for an extended period of time. By deferring withdrawals, you will reach higher payouts in a shorter period of time.
- Every Other Day: this will give you some passive income right away and allow you to begin to recoup your initial investment. As you continue, the amount you claim and compound will increase, but not as quickly as the previous strategy.
The results for the first 2 years are below. Both strategies will result in the same 100,000 DRIP maximum, but the first will get there a lot more quickly. Of course, it is also possible to combine the approaches to find what works best for you.
I hope you realize how remarkable these numbers are. 2.83 DRIP at today’s price of $30 is $84.90 a day, and 89.5 DRIP is $2,685! And the amounts go up from there!
In the next article, I will explain what happens as you approach the maximum payout. See you there! — Dex G
