The sale is divided into three stages:
1. WL MATIC Stage (October 31, 10:00 UTC to November 1, 09:00 UTC)
- Residential — Price: 95 $MATIC each
- Industrial — Price: 160 $MATIC each
- Commercial — Price: 200 $MATIC each
2. Public $CVTX Stage (November 1, 10:00 UTC to November 2, 09:00 UTC)
- Residential — Price: 1300 $CVTX each
- Industrial — Price: 2200 $CVTX each
- Commercial — Price: 2700 $CVTX each
3. Public MATIC Stage (November 2, 10:00 UTC to November 5, 09:00 UTC)
This sale will include the remaining unminted supply (if any) for each section from the above stages:

- Commercial — Price: 250 $MATIC each
