1. Pod Advocacy
Encourage Pod members to share information about plant-based nutrition with their own healthcare providers.
2. Professional Education
Direct healthcare providers to the educational resources available from The Plantrician Project and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
3. Clinical Support
Provide support to healthcare providers interested in adopting a food-as-medicine approach in their clinical practice. This support enables providers to:
- Provide the PlantPure Rx program to Patients, which includes pre- and post-program biometric testing, the online PlantPure Health Seminar, physician counseling and 10 days of PlantPure lunch and dinner entrees.
- Launch a physician directed Pod and onboard patients from the Rx program into this Pod to provide ongoing leadership, education and support.
- Deliver the PlantPure Health Seminar in the local community to share the benefits of plant-based nutrition, market the PlantPure Rx program and recruit new Pod members.
- Consider launching a wellness program targeted to local employers.
This Project is led by The Plantrician Project, with support from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and PlantPure, Inc.
