Joana Galvão — CEO & Creative Art Director at Gif Design Studios
Joana is the embodiment of entrepreneurship and, as someone always looking to grow her brand, there are a lot of lessons we can take from her.
After spending a few years working for award-winning agencies like Brand42, who has clients like CNN and Euronews, her desire to work with ambitious and revolutionary entrepreneurs moved her to start her own design business.
A few years later, Gif Design Studios has become an award-winning design agency, specialising in brand identities and conversion-obsessed design. Based in Porto, Portugal, with a team of 10 designers and developers, they offer a full range of print and digital design services to industry leaders in seventeen countries on five continents.
Joana often speaks internationally on the power of design and creativity, and her work has been featured in the Guardian UK, Brand Brilliance, and Digital Arts magazine.
With such an impressive path, we look forward to seeing what Joana will be sharing with the community next October 11th.
