OriginTrail Open Call — Register to Vote for Your Favorite Projects
More than 30 projects in OriginTrail’s first Open Call are now waiting for your votes. Ten winning projects, chosen by our community, will get the resources to deploy their solution on the OriginTrail Decentralized Network, as well as our mentorship. Moreover, the winning team will fly to Belgrade for a hands-on workshop with the OriginTrail dev team.
Internationally recognized experts in our external committee did the first round of screening. They selected which projects are eligible and capable of developing on top of the OriginTrail protocol, based on predefined criteria.
But our community will have the final say, in a truly decentralized and democratic way, based on a smart contract.

Voting Will Be Open to TRAC Holders
The Open Call voting process will be performed via a smart contract deployed on the Ethereum mainnet. We designed the process to enable immutability and prevent manipulation, like, for example, the creation of a large number of wallets. Our goal was to truly give our community the power to select the projects that will start using the OriginTrail Decentralized Network.
To cast your vote, you need to register with your ETH wallet address, which should contain at least 1000 TRAC tokens. If you are already running your node on the OriginTrail Vostok Mainnet, you can register with your ERC-725 identity.
Here’s how to register to vote with your ETH wallet (MetaMask required):
You Can Vote for 3 Different Projects And Win a Prize!
You will be able to cast votes for your top 3 projects, giving them 3, 2, or 1 points each. You can only vote once via your wallet. The top 10 projects, ranked by total point count, will receive the Open Call rewards.

Register to vote by January 21st. The voting starts on January 23rd and will be open until January 30th. The winning projects will be announced on February 1st.
