Announcing the winners of OST KIT⍺ Phase II Developer Challenge
About eight weeks ago we kicked off the second Alpha Phase of our OST KIT⍺ program. We reviewed 250+ applications from all over the world. 142 projects were chosen to demonstrate a successful integration between their website/app/platform and OST KIT⍺ using the OST KIT APIs and SDKs.
66 development teams fully completed the integration challenge. Seeing so many different use cases — from reading programs to fighting counterfeit shipments of caviar — strengthened our belief that we, together with the OST community, are working on something truly amazing.

Each successful POC submission gets rewarded with 50,000 OST. We also created the following five reward categories:

Here are the winners:
★ GRAND REWARD: KWANDA
Kwanda is a Q&A platform with a built in token economy where users can set a specific reward value to a question allowing for receiving and rewarding more high quality answers. Congratulations, Marc & Anton!
★ BEST MOTION PICTURE: KIDTOKEN
kidtoken is a tokenized cryptocurrency for kids that offers parents & teachers the ability to incentivize positive behaviors, such as good grades, kindness and eating healthy. Congratulations to Scott, Casie, Chance & Team!
★ BEST USER EXPERIENCE: HARD GAMING
HARD wants to replace the use of in-game fiat currency. Gamers will be able to use the HARD token across multiple games, motivating them to purchase game tokens with fiat money. Congratulations, David!
★ MOST INNOVATIVE: CONER
Coner simplifies combing through research papers in digital libraries. Their interactive document viewer visualises extracted keywords in documents, allowing users to rate and add new keywords. Congratulations, Daniel!
★ BEST DO-GOOD PROJECT: READIT
ReadIt wants to reduce illiteracy by providing a scalable reading program that enhances the tracking & reward program by leveraging WebUI & Blockchain integration. Congratulations John and Adam!
