Ownly Roadmap: Our Vision for 2021 and 2022

Ownly is composed of a goal-driven team with a long-term vision for our company. We want to share with everyone our target for two years to show accountability and commitment to our projects. At the same time, look forward and then celebrate with our community as we reach our achievements. Here is the two-year timeline of our plans for the future:

1st Quarter 2021

• In the first quarter of this year, we released our first collection in collaboration with doodle artist Lei Melendres. The Inkvadyrz composed of twenty cards with twenty different out-of-this-world characters comes in four rarities: common, uncommon, rare, and legendary. This collection also comes with a reward item for collectors who choose to get one legendary plus nine other cards of any rarity.

2nd Quarter 2021

• For the second quarter of this year, we collaborated with concept artist Eugene Oligo for our second collection — Titans of Industry. The collection features the ‘whales’ of the crypto world. Eugene based the designs of each NFT on their lifestyles, achievements, and personalities. Last July 27, we already sold one of the titans — The Virtual Machine Colossus! • On third week of June, we have successfully launched our OWN token private sale. The private sale is our initial step in the creation and distribution of our token, which will be beneficial to our collectors and stakeholders. A few days after our launch, we surpassed our target amount of $40,000! Read more about OWN Tokenomics here.
• We also started working with visual artist Dan Vincent Barotilla for our NFT avatars collection entitled CryptoMustachio. We will be releasing a hundred mustachio avatars with it’s own perks and utilities!

3rd Quarter 2021

• Last month, we launched our OWN token in collaboration with another crypto company — Sparkpoint. Through the Sparkpoint Launchpad, we finally released our native token.
• Aside from that, we held our Token Generation Event (TGE), where we distributed the initial batch of tokens to our private sale stakeholders.
• Our OWN token Initial Dex Offering (IDO) is also a success! We sold out all the target amount of 261.33 BNB or $82, 300+ in less than 48 hours. Although this amount seems small for a startup, we know that our team are capable to launch big!
• From July to September 2021, we are working with another amazing artist who will remain a mystery for now.

4th Quarter 2021

• For the last quarter of the year, we will be sharing a preview of our NFT marketplace and will be launching our tokenized physical art collection with another well-known Filipino artist.
• We will also have our NFT art exhibit before the year ends. It will be one of the first in the country!

In our second year, we will focus on more collaborations, more utilities for our token and NFTs, and push for international expansion. Aside from that, we will also launch OwnChain: an environment-friendly, Proof-of-Stake, NFT-focused blockchain. Here is our detailed plan for 2022:

1st Quarter 2022

• In January-March 2022, we will start our research and development on how to make an environment-friendly NFT-focused blockchain. It will be one of our main goals to reduce our carbon and energy footprint next year.
• We will also have the official launch of our NFT marketplace. Imagine all of our NFTs in one place!
• We will feature a new artist which means there will be a new collection!

2nd Quarter 2022

• We will launch our virtual gallery on Decentraland. This will serve as an online meeting place for artists and collectors to showcase their NFTs.
• Our team will also work hard to make our OWN token available on listings and exchanges. Making this happen will be very beneficial to everyone in our Ownly community.

3rd Quarter 2022

• We will allow fractional ownership of physical artworks. This will give our collectors a new experience of acquiring NFTs. They can share a piece of art with their colleagues, family, friends, or even strangers who share the same art taste.
• In addition to that, we will add new artist collaborations for more unique and hot pieces to choose from. And of course, make our OWN token available on listings and exchanges.

4th Quarter 2022

• In the last quarter of 2022, our aim will be international expansion. We want to partner with international artists and blockchain-based companies and be available on the top listing exchanges worldwide.
