Why Facebook Suspended My 20-Year-Old Account Abruptly Today

After sharing a Medium story of a professional with a caring comment by tagging the Meta staff to highlight the AI mistake, my account was suspended automatically.

3 August 2024: Facebook restored my account and apologized for the inconvenience. It was all AI’s fault, as usual.

Reason for suspension: “Your account or activity on it doesn’t follow our Community Standards on account integrity and authentic identity.”
