Write a Book in an Hour or Less & Become Publish within 24 to 72 Hours
Writing and publishing a book doesn’t have to be a daunting task or even take long to accomplish. Take it from someone who has published over 300 works on Amazon for different industries.
Short-form micro messenger publications of 30 to 50 pages are fairly easy to publish, and you can actually write your book in an hour or less and then move right into the next process of publishing.
In this article, I’m going to provide a few ways for you to jump-start this initiative.
Before, I share about the writing aspect, I would like to invite you to consider repurposing content that you already have like blog posts, articles and even social media posts for a first go at this. You can use this as your base content.
Just imagine, taking one blog post and using it as an introduction or a few related blog posts and creating workbook, planner or journal pages to complete the publication. With a few tweaks and additions, in less than an hour, you would already have your short-form publication complete.
If you were writing a publication from scratch, I would encourage to set a YouTube timer for 15 to 20 minutes and jot down a few thoughts around your core topic.

Once you’ve done the 15-to-20-minute brainstorm and decided what type of book you will publish, next, you want to reset the time for 15-to-20 minutes to write your publication as if you were writing a short article and then adding additional note-taking pages. Once you’ve completed this process your hour should be up and then you can focus on formatting your writing in a document, reviewing and finalizing it.
If you’re going to format yourself, I encourage you to use the free download of Apache Open Office. You can use whatever program you have like Word or Word Perfect. I just find Open Office to be the best formatting for print-on-demand.
Once you have your program and open up your document, select your book size like 5x8 or 6x9 for your micro books and journals and/or 8.5x11 for a workbooks or playbooks. Set your margins starting with right and left at .375 (38) and top and bottom at .25. Next, type in your content and format.

Now, that you’ve got your document ready, let’s start the publishing process using the print-on-demand platform of Amazon called Kindle Direct Publishing. I’ve been using KDP for several years and it’s the platform that I’ve been teaching my students and clients to use.
It’s free to sign up and they even provide free ISBNs and book cover templates. Once you set up your account, you can follow the easy process for putting in your book details, uploading your document, creating your book cover and submitting your work for review.
Once your book goes through review, within 24-to-72 hrs., your book will be available on Amazon. YAY! & Congrats In Advance!!!!!!!!!!
