Innostation Collections Guide
Organizing and gathering resources to simplify navigation for students.
About a week ago, we launched the writer application for the Innostation publication, a Medium publication where high school and middle school students can write about any topic they are interested in that would be suitable for middle and high school students to read, while collecting Innostation points and volunteer hours for all articles they publish.
The articles can be on any topic (as long as appropriate for an underage audience) and any length, since our goal is to provide a platform for students to express their thoughts and ideas for the world to see.
However, we would also like to enhance the publication with collections: a database that categorizes articles by topic for students to access when they want to learn more about specific topics. 📆

About Collection
- Collections are featured on the Innostation website.
- The Innostation weekly newsletter will feature 1 collection/week.
- Writing for top collections (which will be announced and updated on our Discord community server) provides additional Innostation points.
- Collections are featured on our Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
How to get your article featured on collections?
The Innostation editors select articles from already-published articles on the publication, both based on the performance of the article and the relevance of the ideas to the collection theme.
Writers whose articles are featured will be notified through an email and a shoutout on our Discord community server.
