SparkPoint Updates #22: July 2021
The month has been filled with a lot of firsts for SparkPoint which consists of new launches and many more!
A lot has happened! 🚀 These are my exact words when I ran through every update the company made in the past 30 days. SparkPoint blazes forward with a lot of firsts for the company. From listing SRKb on a centralized exchange, the team’s first game launched on iOS, to the first-ever token project launched on SparkLaunch and the completion of slots for the first-ever Blockchain Developer Bootcamp that will start this August. These firsts signify more growth to the ever dynamic team of SparkPoint, and it didn’t stop there. Various projects also swarmed on the #SparkyCommunity to introduce their projects and partnership with SparkPoint, with some launched pools on SparkDeFi to boost the adoption of their tokens. More partners have arrived and continued to #BUIDL extraordinary things with SparkPoint. Here’s a view of our July targets:

- 📈 SRK has been officially listed on Gate.io, SRKb made its debut on a Centralized Exchange (CEX). Listing activities have been launched.
- 🕹️ Crypto Loco version 1.0 launched on Google Play and App Store, making its worldwide debut.
- 👨🦱 Senior Marketing Specialist of SparkPoint joined Ownly’s Live Broadcast for The Mint Live Series, promoting the launch of SparkLaunch and upcoming features of SparkDeFi.
- 🚀SparkLaunch Launchpad was officially launched, a countdown to the first IDO sale has kicked off.
- 🎨 Philippine NFT startup Ownly joined the #SparkyCommunity AMA session series. Ownly became the first-ever project launched on the SparkLaunch IDO platform. Successfully hit the 261.33 BNB target, approximating to $82,300+!
- 🏫 BDB slots have been filled, 21 individuals to participate in SparkPoint’s first-ever online Blockchain Developer Bootcamp!
- 💵 $100,000+ worth of Liquidity has been added to OWN-BNB pair on SparkSwap, OWN trading went live and OWN-BNB Liquidity Staking went live on SparkDeFi.
- 🥳 SparkSwap 1.0 Community Airdrop has ended, self-claim airdrop activated for eligible participants with valid entries.
1. SRKb BEP-20 became the official SRK token on the Binance Smart Chain.
The team has started focusing on SRKb BEP-20 and has completed the migration away from bSRK (BurgerSwap) and SparkPoint on BSC (JustLiquidity) last June 30, 2021. The migration includes liquidity, staking, bridging, support, and other activities. bSRK and SparkPoint on BSC will remain, but everyone is encouraged to shift to SRKb to maximize all the potential benefits brought by the developments surrounding SRKb, and alongside SRK on the Ethereum blockchain

2. KiwiGo CEO Gregory Schmidt joined the #SparkyCommunity AMA series! KGO pools launched on SparkDeFi’s Liquidity Staking and Pool-Based Staking dapps with $80,000 worth of SRKb and KGO tokens allotted for staking rewards.
The AMA Session was attended by thousands of members at the SparkPoint Telegram Channel on July 2, 2021. Mr. Karan, the Partnership and Outreach Manager of SparkPoint, kicked off the session with Mr. Gregory Schmidt, the CEO, and founder of Kiwigo.
SparkPoint has officially partnered with Kiwigo and happily welcomed KGO Token to the SparkDeFi and SparkSwap DEX last July 11, 2021. The KGO Token is paired with SparkPoint Token (SRKb BEP-20) and Binance Coin (BNB), both in SparkDeFi Liquidity Staking and SparkSwap.

3. SparkPoint joined BitMart’s High-Yield Lending Carnival.
BitMart Lending has officially launched their very first “High-Yield Lending Carnival” Promotion on which SparkPoint has participated. 80 million SRK were offered to the promotion on which participants can loan a minimum of 150,000 SRK and up to 1.5 million SRK.

4. SparkPoint partnered with Spores Network for “the next big thing” on the NFT- DeFi Space. Spores Network CEO also participated in the AMA session with the #SparkyCommunity.
SparkPoint and Spores Network have tied the knot on their partnership agreement that will bring mutual benefits to the two projects in the NFT and DeFi space. The partnership will bring the SPO token — the native token of Spores Platform, to the SparkPoint Wallet app. The token will also be listed on SparkSwap DEX, with associated staking options on SparkDeFi, to boost SPO’s liquidity and userbase. On another note, SparkPoint’s Crypto Slicer NFTs on Open Sea will also be made available on Spore’s NFT Marketplace in the future.

5. FlowCom FIG pools launched in SparkDeFi’s Liquidity Staking and Pool-Based Staking dapps.
As part of the ongoing collaboration with FlowCom, SparkPoint launched the FiG-BNB Liquidity Staking and SRKb-FiG Pool Based Staking at SparkDeFi. These pools yield SFUEL and FiG token rewards.

6. More AMA sessions were conducted at the #SparkyCommunity. Knit Finance and Aircoins App focal persons attended the sessions.
On July 12, 2021, Aircoins App CEO Emal Safi has attended the AMA session with the #SparkyCommunity. The company’s innovative approach to Blockchain technology — an Augmented Reality (AR) application, that incentivizes their users by rewarding them in cryptocurrency was the main talk of the session.

As part of the ongoing collaboration with Knit Finance — in which partnership with SparkPoint has been announced on May 26, Sainath G., CEO of Knit Finance, joined the #SparkyCommunity on July 9, 2021, for an AMA session to further introduce their technology to the mass.
Knit Finance collaborates with SparkPoint to integrate SRK Token into their multi-chain platform by producing wrapped K-SRK tokens and will provide staking options with K-SRK or KFT token rewards.

7. Top Sparky of the Month campaign launched on SparkPoint’s official Facebook page, lucky Top Fans to receive 1,000 SRKb at the end of each month.
The team has come up with a simple movement this month to give back and recognize the supporters through Facebook’s feature called Top Fan Badge. 8. SRK has been officially listed on Gate.io, SRKb made its debut on a Centralized Exchange (CEX). Listing activities have been launched.
This listing has been very special for the team as the official token of SparkPoint on Binance Smart Chain, SRKb, has been listed on Gate.io — currently ranked 10th on CoinMarketCap’s list of Top Cryptocurrency Spot Exchanges, alongside SRK ERC-20, the original token launched on the Ethereum blockchain. This is the first time that SRKb has been listed on a CEX, and a first for the team to list two tokens in a CEX. 9. Crypto Loco version 1.0 launched on Google Play and App Store, making its worldwide debut.
SparkPoint’s Crypto Loco, the fourth game on SparkPlay’s portfolio of fun, crypto-themed, blockchain games, has been launched on July 20, 2021. This is the time that SparkPoint has launched its game app on both Android and iOS platforms. It was also the second app from SparkPoint to launch on iOS, after SparkPoint Wallet which was launched last month. The game features two fun challenges, Pong Challenge and Rolling Challenge, games that we are greatly familiar with since the challenges were actual games from college night parties.

10. Senior Marketing Specialist of SparkPoint joined Ownly’s Live Broadcast for The Mint Live Series, promoting the launch of SparkLaunch and upcoming features of SparkDeFi.
Drei Bongalos, one of SparkPoint’s Senior Marketing Specialists, joined the Ownly team on their The Mint Series, a live interview series hosted by their Marketing department, to discuss the launch of another dapp from SparkDeFi, the SparkLaunch IDO platform. Upcoming features and services from SparkPoint were also emphasized during the interview, alongside some behind-the-scenes stories on working on a blockchain technology startup.

11. SparkLaunch Launchpad was officially unveiled, a countdown to the first IDO sale has kicked off.
SparkPoint’s launchpad went live this July 25 alongside the company’s other products and services, the platform was named “SparkLaunch”. The initial DEX offering (IDO) platform has been in the making since the 1st quarter of 2021 and has been undergoing internal testing before its launch date this July. The first-ever SparkLaunch IDO Ownly became available for sale for all SRKb and SFUEL stakers on July 27, 2021, at 6:00 PM GMT +8.

21 students will be participating in the first-ever SparkLearn Blockchain Developer Bootcamp (BDB) that will run from August until November 2021. SparkLearn’s first BDB is a 16-week online course focused on teaching the fundamental concepts and key tools in smart contract and decentralized application (DApp) development.
14. $100,000+ worth of Liquidity has been added to OWN-BNB pair on SparkSwap, OWN trading went live and OWN-BNB Liquidity Staking went live on SparkDeFi.
