How to buy FidelityHouse Tokens
Let’s see, step by step, how to buy FIH Tokens: it’s really simple!
Step 1- Registration
Visit the website www.fidelityhouse.io , click on “Buy FIH Tokens”. A new window will open https://tokensale.fidelityhouse.io in which you will have to register on the platform, by entering the following data:
- Password/Repeat Password
- Flag in Captcha
You will receive a confirmation email (check also your spam folder) with a link to activate your account. After clicking, you can access the dashboard and purchase FIH Tokens.
Alternatively, if you have already registered to the platform, please log in to https://tokensale.fidelityhouse.io using your credentials.
STEP 2 — How many FIH do you want to buy?
After clicking on Buy FIH Tokens, simply enter the amount of ETH you want to spend in the calculator: in real time it will calculate the number of FIH Tokens you will purchase and the bonus that we will give you according to the following schema:
Please note that during the presale the minimum threshold for the first purchase is 1 ETH while during the ICO the minimum amount is 0.5 ETH.
After entering how many ETH you want to spend, confirm by clicking on Buy FIH Tokens to proceed with KYC verifications.
N:B: you haven’t bought anything yet and nothing will be charged. Only at the end of the procedure you will be provided with the information to buy FIH Tokens.
STEP 3 — Eligibility to participate in the ICO
Simply answer the questions below and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Click “Continue” to complete the KYC process and finally access information to make your purchase transaction.
N.B. Based on your answers, you may be not eligible to participate in the ICO. In this case you will be informed by the following message.
“Dear User,
Unfortunately the current laws concerning ICOs and cryptocurrencies do not allow users from your country to participate at the moment. We hope to have you on-board when the legal conditions will change. We will keep in touch for updates.”

If you have filled out the questionnaire incorrectly or if you think you are eligible to participate in the ICO contact us at info@fidelityhouse.com or chat with us and we will make the appropriate checks.
Conversely, by clicking on Continue, there are two possible scenarios based on the amount you entered in the calculator.
- up to 25 ETH: KYC Level 1
- over 25 ETH: KYC Level 2
KYC Level 1- Amounts up to 25 ETH
For amounts of less than 25 ETH, simply provide applicant data, upload a proof of identity and a selfie with the document in hand on the platform, as shown in the following screens:
Important: please fill the field “Wallet Address” (in the screen below) with your ETH address from which you’ll make the purchase transaction. On this wallet you will also receive the FIH Tokens purchased.
After uploading a proof of identity and selfie, click on “Proceed” to start verifying your identity.
If successful, you will be shown a screen with the info to proceed with the payment transaction from your wallet (the one you indicated in the previous form).
KYC Level 2- Amounts over 25 ETH
In this case you will need to provide, in addition to applicant data, proof of identity and a selfie with the document in hand, also a proof of residence, as shown in the following screen:
Important: please fill the field “Wallet Address” (in the screen below) with your ETH address from which you’ll make the purchase transaction. On this wallet you will also receive the FIH Tokens purchased.
After loading everything, click “Proceed” to start verifying your identity. This operation may take several minutes.
If successful, you will be asked to fill out a Due Diligence form on your economic background. At the end of the questionnaire, you will have to use the Google Authenticator App to digitally sign the form and then submit the request for Level 2 validation. Approval is not immediate, we will send you an email to notify you.
In case of Level 2 validation, you will be shown a screen with the info to proceed with the payment transaction from your wallet (the one you indicated in the previous form).
