Janani is a f2c (farmer to consumer) regenerative organic marketplace that connects farmers practicing regenerative agriculture to consumers seeking high-quality, verified organic products. There are a few exciting executive team openings in this growing social enterprise. This team gets the opportunity to re-imagine & rebuild value chains connecting 3 million agricultural households to 72 million consumers in Tamil Nadu, in the process creating a profitable and regenerative ecosystem for farmers, consumers, and the planet.
Job Opportunities: Executive Team
Janani Regen Marketplace is expanding across Tamil Nadu with a mobile app and hundreds of first- and last-mile connectors spread out across the entire state. We are currently seeking:
- Social Franchising Manager for a franchising program for regenerative agriculture & marketing hubs. Setup, manage, and grow purpose-driven franchisees & Janani Eco Hubs. Create a three year youth program, from joining, growing to graduating out of the franchising program.
- ANLX Manager for growing ANLX program with women sales agents selling regenerative farmers’ & value-added producers’ products to consumers. Manage and grow last-mile sales network for healthy living. Nurture thriving relationships & community for and by ANLXs.
- Academy Manager for building an academy for regenerative agriculture and healthy living. Coordinate trainings, events, and workshops for farmers, ANLXs, franchisees, youth, and consumers. Create & manage college E2 Clubs for ecological entrepreneurship.
- Marketing Manager for first-mile youth network and last-mile women’s network. Create alternate retail sales channel, build community, & coordinate marketing activities including training.
- Operations Manager for operations including distributions and logistics.
Locations: Janani City Eco Hub — Coimbatore, Janani Town Eco Hub — Muthur, or Janani Village Eco Hub — Karaipalayam Village.
Salary: ₹ 20,000–40,000 per month including performance-based incentives. Excellent pay & benefits package including ESI, PF, & yearly bonus.
Responsibilities
Together, the executive team will:
- Create and incentivize last mile connector networks / sales agents in all districts to directly sell bio inputs to farmers and natural food products to consumers.
- Responsible for delivering on business profit & loss targets and social impact metrics.
- Build operations, including logistics, to utilize community resources (aggregation & distribution hubs, small commercial rental vehicles, etc.) for picking up and delivering across the region.
- Design unique social media marketing strategies to reach farmers and consumers across multiple channels. Deliver value and results to the last mile connectors.

Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within commercial or non-governmental entities with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Passionate about sales and marketing that promotes social impact. Interest in building a market to revive regional and traditional ag and food cultures is a plus.
- Excellent experience managing teams, strong people management skills, and ability to create long-lasting relationships are required.
- Creative thinker with strong moral and ethical foundation. Adaptive mindset that thrives in making decisions in complex and constantly changing situation is a bonus.
- Open to lifelong learning, humility to understand the responsibility of stewarding natural resources such as soil, water, seeds, trees, forests, etc. are a must.
- Will work directly with farmers and consumers in Tamil Nadu. Fluency in speaking Tamil is required.

- விவசாயிகளுக்கு உயிர் உரங்களையும், நுகர்வோருக்கு இயற்கை உணவுப் பொருட்களையும் நேரடியாக விற்க அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் இளைஞர்கள், பெண்களால் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட நெட்வொர்க்குகள் & விற்பனை முகவர்களை உருவாக்கி ஊக்குவிக்கும்.
- வருவாய், சமூக மாற்ற, மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் இலக்குகளை அடைவதற்குப் பொறுப்பேற்கும்.
- சேகரிப்பு மற்றும் விநியோக மையங்கள் ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளூர் சந்தைப்படுத்துதலை முன்னெடுக்கும். சிறிய கண்ணிகளாலான வேளாண் மற்றும் உணவுச் சங்கிலிகளை கட்டமைக்கும்.

- வணிக அல்லது அரசு சாரா நிறுவனங்களில் 2-6 வருட அனுபவம். வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட இலக்குகளை அடைவதில் அனுபவம்.
- விற்பனை மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்துவதில் ஆர்வம். சமூக மாற்றம், சுற்றுச் சூழல் மேம்பாட்டுடன் இணைந்த வணிக வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கி பாரம்பரிய வேளாண் மற்றும் உணவுக் கலாச்சாரங்களுக்கு புத்துயிர் ஊட்டுவதில் ஈடுபாடு.
- மேலாண்மைத் திறன். குழுக்களை நிர்வகிப்பதில் அனுபவம். நீண்ட கால உறவுகளாலான நிறுவனத்தை உருவாக்கும் ஆர்வம்.
