Welcome to the work world of Pade!

We get it; change can be daunting. Trying something new and going outside your norm can give you cold feet, especially when it involves trying out new software to manage your HR processes. But don’t worry; we’re here to help you make the transition as smooth as possible.

Let’s get started! Once you’ve seen a demo of our software and decided to join the Pade train, the implementation process usually takes less than a week. We’ll be doing most of the work during this time and only require some necessary information from you to populate your account.

We’ll break down the implementation process into three stages for your ease of understanding.

The Initial Stage

To get started, we’ll reach out to a company representative who will be your point of contact throughout the onboarding process. This person is typically your primary account handler, often a Human Resources executive. All we need from you to kick off the process is your company’s email, account name, and number of employees. Armed with this information, we’ll create your very own Pade account.

This is where the magic happens!

Depending on your organization and the information you’ve gathered, this stage can vary from one company to another. For example, Pade understands that most startups and small businesses don’t have pay grades, and that’s okay. If you’re one of those companies, we’ll create paygrades for you from scratch, ensuring that your account is set up properly and ready to disburse salaries correctly when the time comes. Your pay grades will include net pay, taxes, benefits, and any other compensation each employee is entitled to for their services. To make this happen, we’ll send you a sheet where you can fill in the gross salary breakdown of all your employees. And if you already have this information ready, simply send it to us, and we’ll jump right in!

Your Pade account also comes with a Wallet system that allows you to pay your employees directly from your account every month. If you choose to use this feature, we’ll need your business information to set up your Wallet. Don’t worry; it’s safe and secure! For verification, we’ll need your RC number, email address, a brief description of your company, industry type, and your company’s bank account that you can always withdraw into. Once verified, your Wallet is fully set up.

Furthermore, we will require information regarding your company’s existing policies, such as leave, loan, and exit policies, and any other guidelines implemented as procedures or protocols within your organization. These policies serve as instructions and are crucial for any deductions or activities that will occur on the application.

As the final step in the configuration stage, we recommend letting your employees onboard themselves to get a sense of the system and minimize errors. However, if you prefer to handle it yourself, we’ll need your employees’ information, such as their names, dates of birth, marital status, and any other details you wish to record.

Here, we’ll request that you test the software to ensure everything works correctly. We’ll also do a test payroll run with your company to ensure everything runs as it should. And voila! You’re ready to go!

And just like that, you’re on your way to HR freedom with our customer support numbers available anytime you need assistance.

So there you have it; implementing Pade is a breeze! It’s okay to fear change but not sweat the small stuff. We’ve got you.
