Notice Regarding the Implementation of Refunds Due to the Suspension of the “SOUL Fusers” Project

As we announced in October, due to the indefinite suspension of the “SOUL Fusers” project, we will be processing refunds for those who have requested them for the NFT purchase price and in-game charges.

*We would like to kindly inform you that the deadline for submitting refund requests has now passed.

Furthermore, the refunds will be meticulously processed in two comprehensive stages. The specific details for the initial stage are as follows:
-Refund date: November 30th
-Refund method: An airdrop of the equivalent amount of DEP to the PlayMining wallets of the first refund phase’s eligible users.
-Eligibility for the first refund phase: A certain number of people who applied in order of application via the application form.
*For those who have submitted a refund request via the application form, we would like to inform you that if you do not receive the airdrop on the scheduled initial refund date, please be assured that we will address your request in the second round of refunds, which is planned for the end of December.

Furthermore, we would like to clarify the policy on the handling of SOUL NFTs after the refund process, as was previously announced:
・Should you opt for a refund, any SOUL NFTs you own will be burned.
・The burning of these NFTs will be carried out once the refund process for your account is complete.
・For those who have not requested a refund, your SOUL NFTs will be eligible for trading again on PlayMining NFT after all refund procedures have been finalized.
