Retrospective 2020
2020, the Pandemic Year!
It had everything to be a weird year (and it was), with a lot of bad news, frozen projects, sad moments…!
But, maybe instead of looking to the bad side, let’s look to the good side and what I accomplished this year!
And what an amazing year!
Retrospective 2020!
#1st — I changed job, which is great, I’m finally back to the same position with the same freedom that I had before moving to Portugal, and I achieved that 6 months before my “deadline" (and here is my onboarding experience — Welcome to the yellow home)! 🤺
#2nd — 🚀 I launched 3 products this year, and I would say that a 4th one is there already, just missing bureaucracy, but well… part of the game!!!
#3rd — 🔥 Not all the products must live forever, sometimes they die, and I discontinued 1 this year, that’s fine, It's part of the game and as a PM you need to have the gut to do that and stop wasting money/time/energy!!
#4th — ✍ I published 2 articles, less than last year, and I definitely want to improve that… Have I heard 👂 a goal for 2021?!?! 😎
- High-performance teams?! Forget that crap, build a family instead!
- Why an anxiety crisis was the best thing that happened in my life?)
#5th — 🗣 On the other hand ✋, in 3 months I’ve translated 12 articles for Product Guru’s, 8 have been published already and the other 4 are on their way!!

59911 minutes listening to Music 🎷 this year, and my highlights are the ones below:
#8th — 🧨 At last but not least, I finally managed to have a healthier life, organised my meals, with more quality and more balanced, and also started doing some exercises 🏃♂🏋️♂️ ️more frequently, the results were faster than expected and I lost 14kgs in half a year!! Yes, I'm as surprised as you!! 🧨

Let's see what this next year holds for all of us, for sure the expectations are not that high for the whole world as 2020 has upset everyone I guess, but again, let's try to look to the good side of everything and let's use what we learned in 2020 to have a better year and be better persons!
