Arizona Election Audit Reveals a Larger Trump Loss
The audit found more Biden votes and fewer Trump votes
Well that was embarrassing. A draft report of the findings of the now infamous Arizona audit of the votes cast in Maricopa county in the 2020 presidential election says that the audit found 99 more votes for Biden and 261 fewer votes for Trump.
Oops.
I am really disappointed in Doug Logan, the CEO of Cyber Ninjas. He was a supporter of the Stop the Steal movement, probably why his firm was hired to do the audit despite not having any election audit experience.
Even before the audit started, Logan claimed that it would find definitive evidence that Trump had won Maricopa county and therefore Arizona. He even knew exactly how many more votes that Trump got than Biden: 200,000 (Biden won Arizona by 45,000 votes).
I was so looking forward to seeing where Logan “found” those 200,000 votes when he announced that Trump had won the election in Arizona.
Instead, it appears that despite the shambolic efforts during the audit (I wrote about them here), the audit confirmed Biden’s victory and Trump’s loss.
Kind of anti-climactic.
