Bar Girl
Maybe it’s Political Timing
The sight is not desirable,
It stirs up feelings of revulsion
Here in the bar of
Brightly coloured lights too many,
Decor patriotic red white and blue,
Oversized T.V. screens
Showing sport and news stories,
Drunken revellers as loud as the
Annoying music.
So to the sight undesirable,
A young woman
Sits on a stool next to the bar,
A fat old orange man beside her
Sporting a poorly fitted blond wig
Slobbering all over her
While stroking her arm
Trying to kiss her,
She is wincing;
He either does not see or does not care,
I suspect he does not care.
Looking forward to getting her
To a bed of hot, sweaty sheets
To continue his vulgar slobbering
With a performance of failure,
Convincing himself, his tortured victim,
Of his delusional greatness,
What will her world become?
I hope for that poor unfortunate girl
With any luck, he will have heart failure
So she can escape to freedom from underneath
The lying fat orange blob.
