Polkadot / Kusama

  • ACA emissions upgrade vote is up on Acala. Emissions will be backdated from June when the upgrade was approved, and voting for incentive distribution to Pools & dApps will be available upon passing this proposal.
  • aUSD conversion to aSEED is now live. One of the key pillars of Acala’s Exodus upgrade 2.0 entails the 1:1 conversion of aUSD > aSEED. To ensure consistency across Polkadot, a proposal on Moonbeam is up to effect aSEED changes on Moonscan.

  • Dynamic trading fees just went live on HydraDX with the latest runtime upgrade. This cutting-edge security feature protects Omnipool liquidity against price manipulation attacks.

  • Litentry announced a product launch in Mid-Aug, coinciding with a big campaign for Earlybirds. September will bring another major product update accompanied by an even bigger campaign.
  • To ensure a seamless experience and maintain the system’s stability, Litentry temporarily placed IDHub into maintenance mode until the public EVM release in August.

Astar / Shiden / Startale Labs

  • Astar Network is now integrated into Banxa, supporting fiat onramp with a credit card, debit card, and Interac where available, in supported markets.
  • Last week Astar hit a new record on its RPC endpoints, an astounding 43M requests.
  • Nametag integrates Astar Network. Now Astar NFT enthusiasts can display their Web3 journey on Twitter, and showcase their NFTs and badges to the world. Details.

Interlay / Kintsugi

  • Referendum #63 and Referendum #64 are currently subject to a vote on Interlay. The first referendum is related to recovering the difference between the grant amount and the value of the INTR that was eventually paid out as part of the Interlay Grants program, the second one adds support for qDOT and qUSDT vaults.

Centrifuge / Altair

Moonbeam / Moonriver

  • Moonbeam’s XCM integration with Nodle is now live, bringing the NODL token to Moonbeam and enabling the flow of liquidity between both chains. Read more.

Composable Finance / Picasso

  • A new proposal suggests Composable’s Centauri bridge as the canonical route to the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems for Osmosis. Currently, DOT within Osmosis is sourced via multiple bridges, leading to wrapped tokens. The goal is to reduce wrapping and networks used for transfer to increase fungibility in a cross-ecosystem environment.
  • The DOT / stATOM pool on Picasso’s Pablo has some new incentives: for the first time users can receive STRD rewards for staking in the Polkadot Ecosystem while also farming PICA.
  • With Picasso and Umee connection on Centauri, there are proposals to add Umee support for DOT and KSM.

Bit.Country / Pioneer

  • Bit.Country’s August Development Update is out. The team worked hard to bring new features to users.

Manta / Calamari

  • Manta’s new incentive program: Privatize to Maximize will reward users for conducting Public-to-Private on-chain transactions on MantaPay. Each week, participants can be rewarded based on both gas fees paid and Manta Shield Score.

Enjin / Efinity

  • Enjin will be postponing to September 2023 the planned migration of the Efinity chain to Enjin Blockchain (becoming Enjin Matrixchain), and the concurrent EFI to ENJ token swap. This is to facilitate final development work and testing. Read more.

  • KILT opened a discussion on Polkassembly about extending rewards for delegators for the third block year to better align with the token economy design.
