Parachain auctions and crowdloans
Top 5 crowdloan participants by the 3rd of October:
- After winning the 9th parachain auction, Altair is now being onboarded as Kusama’s 10th parachain (9-auction winning parachains, plus Statemine).
- With 200k+ KSM contributed, Parallel Heiko and Kintsugi BTC are now leading in the 2nd batch of Kusama auction crowdloan.
- The 3rd batch of auctiones, starting from 11th one will be launched on the 6th of October.

- Oct 13–14 join Sub0 to hear ParityTech ‘s Tomasz Drwięga review the current state of Substrate bridges to Polkadot , as well as the components available for building trustless bridges between Substrate-based chains and other consensus systems. Register.

- Bifrost launched the vsKSM Farming function. Holders of vsKSM and vsBond needs to 1:1 deposit vsKSM and vsBond both in the Farming Pool to obtain mining revenue. KintsugiBTC and ParallelFi’s Heiko early bird pools are now online. More info
- The first HRMP (Horizontal Routed Message Passing) channel on Kusama have been created between Karura and Bifrost (Yes it requires 67 * 2 KSM deposit to create a channel).
Acala/Karura
- The new LKSM/KSM liquidity pool has launched in Bootstrap mode on Karura Swap. Karura app
- Acala announced its partnership with Blockdaemon, a top-performing blockchain infrastructure provider, to support its newly-launched staking derivatives for Polkadot (DOT) and Kusama (KSM).
Tidal Finance
Tidal Finance partners with NAOS Finance to become first to insure real world assets on chain.
Crust
Crust Network partners with NEAR Protocol. Crust Network is ready to facilitate Web3.0 style, decentralized storage experiences for NEAR users and developers with its 6,000+ IPFS nodes and approx. 2,000 Petabytes of storage capacity available.
Moonbeam/Moonriver
- Moonbeam announced an integration with Dapplooker , multi-chain analytics & visualization platform for blockchain projects. Developers on Moonriver (and Moonbeam once it launches) can use the Dapplooker dashboard to analyze their on-chain data. More info

- Parallel Finance released its auction-crowdloan page: the network is participating in the Kusama parachain auction for slots 9–10. Over 200,000 KSM have been contributed in Parallel-Heiko Crowdloan. Do not contribute after 200K KSM, check this thread.
RMRK
