Pomodoro Lottery

We are excited to announce the launch of PomoLotto, with a prize pot of up to 250 million POMO!

As mentioned in our strategy article, an equitable distribution of Pomodoro tokens (POMO) is a key aim of the project, as is the rewarding of early POMO holders. In order to achieve this, we are excited to announce the PomoLotto programme.

PomoLotto will conduct a weekly prize draw. Details as follows:

1. On 28th November, a snapshot of all POMO token holders was taken. This was deliberately not pre-announced in order to reduce the opportunity for wallet-splitting: A wallet with 500 POMO has the same chance of winning as a wallet with 100,000 POMO.
2. The snapshot is fixed, there will not be any new addresses added, nor can you change your address.
3. Each week, 25 random addresses will be selected. Each wallet selected will receive 100,000 POMO.
4. Wallets will be selected using random.org. The approximate probability of a single address being picked each week is 1:20.

Although this initiative is focused on rewarding the current POMO community, the airdrop will remain open and future token distribution initiatives will be considered.
