PowerAgent v2: Sepolia updates and the launch of Gnosis Alpha mainnet
PowerAgent is coming to Gnosis Chain
The next step for the full-scale launch of PowerAgent v2 is here. With over 157k Tx executions on the Sepolia testnet and almost 930 SepoliaETH distributed to Keepers as gas compensation and automation fees, PowerAgent is now ready to begin the next stage of its journey — approbation on the Gnosis Chain mainnet.
PowerPool is launching the PowerAgent V2 Gnosis Chain Alpha mainnet.
PowerAgent’s test contract has already been deployed on Gnosis Chain and we will start onboarding Gnosis Validators and Sepolia testers gradually starting this week. This version of PowerAgent will also use test tokens provided by the PowerPool team for staking.
In Gnosis Alpha mainnet, Keepers node runners will receive xDAI as execution fees and gas compensation
To be eligible for a node runner grant, Keepers must demonstrate responsible node running of their PowerAgent Keeper node. After successfully operating in the mainnet Alpha for several weeks, participants will migrate to the full version of PowerAgent mainnet on Gnosis Chain.
PowerPool will provide CVP stake required for launching Keepers via node runner grants.
How to join the PowerAgent Gnosis Chain Alpha
PowerPool invites all Gnosis Validator node runners to join the PowerAgent network and receive a node runner grant for successfully participating in the Gnosis Alpha mainnet.

Some testers from the PowerAgent Sepolia testnet that showed exceptional performance and made substantial contributions to the protocol will be invited to join the Gnosis Alpha mainnet and be eligible for receiving a PowerPool node runner grant. At this point, we are ready to start onboarding around 20 of our Sepolia testers to Gnosis.
If you are a Sepolia tester and haven’t yet been invited to join the Gnosis Alpha don’t give up, you still have a chance! The PowerAgent Sepolia testnet will continue operating in parallel with Gnosis Alpha mainnet. More testers who display active participation and good performance will be invited to continue their journey with PowerPool.
Sepolia Updates: rewards distribution
The rewards for the Sepolia testnet have been sent to testers. PowerPool aimed to distribute rewards fairly, reimbursing the full cost of operating a machine running a Sepolia node and rewarding all bonus contributions from our testers.
With the assistance of some of our major contributors, we have come up with a rewards mechanic that consists of 4 parts: Base compensation, Leaderboard bonus, Contribution bonus, and the Job Creation Challenge bonus.
1. Base compensation. This amount is dependent on the time a tester has been operating a Keeper node. We compensated testers $100 per month of operation.
1st and 2nd waves of testers (2 months) — $200
3rd wave of testers (1.5 months) — $150
4th wave of testers (1 month) — $100
2. Leaderboard bonus. We wish to reward our top Tx executors for their responsible node running and making sure their Keeper was operating properly at all times. Based on ranking from all prior tester leaderboards, the average leaderboard position for each tester was calculated. Testers received bonus rewards based on this position.
Top 3 Tx executors (average position <10) — $100 bonus
The next 10 Tx executors (average position <20) — $100 bonus
The next 12 Tx executors (average position <25) — $50 bonus
3. Contribution bonus. During the Sepolia testnet, some of our testers contributed massively to the development of PowerAgent. We wish to reward them for their contributions. For example, assisting the tech team in solving problems, answering questions from other testers, providing valuable feedback/suggestions, reporting bugs, and any other forms of contributions to PowerPool. The top 3 tiers received extra bonuses.
3 testers will receive a $500 bonus
6 testers — $250 bonus
5 testers — $100 bonus
4. Job Creation Challenge bonus*. A month ago, PowerPool launched the Job Creation Challenge to test various Job scenarios and ensure the correct operation of the network under heavy load. Overall, our testers have registered almost 800 Jobs and helped massively in the development of PowerAgent. The most active participants of this challenge will also receive bonus rewards.
*These rewards will be distributed separately at a later time. We will announce details in the Sepolia testnet group.
Rewards were calculated in USD and distributed in their CVP equivalent on the Ethereum mainnet.
