Greetings, PowerPool Community!

We are excited to present an overview of PowerPool’s recent updates and accomplishments over the past several weeks.

In this article:

  1. PowerAgent incentivized testnet: Updates and stats
  2. PowerAgent Code & UI Updates
  3. R&D development results from PowerPool
  4. Community Call AMA #1–2024

Let’s dive into the details!

PowerAgent incentivized testnet: Updates and stats

1. The PowerAgent V2 Keepers network is live across four networks: the Ethereum mainnet, Gnosis Chain, Arbitrum One, and the Sepolia testnet. Participation in the network is incentivized through weekly CVP airdrops for the top-performing Keepers on Gnosis Chain and Sepolia [1][2][3].

If you are interested in becoming a part of PowerAgent, boosting your validator yields, and contributing to web3 automation, simply join PowerPool Discord to kickstart your journey!

2. The first round of rewards has been distributed for the newly launched auto-claiming staking rewards program for Gnosis Validators.

If you are a Gnosis validator looking to streamline your claiming process and secure a bonus CVP airdrop — click on the link above for information on how to get started.

R&D development results from PowerPool

PowerPool’s research team is tasked with testing new updates to PowerAgent, providing support to ecosystem partners in their projects, conducting technical analyses of different automation solutions, AMA events, and presenting comprehensive research that impacts the development, operation, and adoption of PowerAgent.

Over the past 2 weeks, the team delivered the following results:

1. Continued support of PowerAgent node runners across all supported networks: Gnosis Chain, Sepolia, Ethereum, and Arbitrum One. This support includes technical assistance for users, logs analysis, leaderboard maintenance, CVP airdrops calculation and distribution, and internal software testing (running various Keepers and RPCs on all chains). Also, we tried to do some stuff on Polygon; however, it requires some further bug fixing.

2. Provided technical consultations to Builder Grant recipients, helping them in their development process:

  • Created an integration pathway together with Partitura to bring PowerPool Templates to Partitura UI/UX. It will allow 1-click Job creation and deployment via Partitura UI and use AA (Account Abstraction). The first Templates available via Partitura will be new DCA and limit order strategies, already tested and shared with the Partitura team.
  • Consulted the Breadchain team on Job creation for executing yield claiming for their yield-generation strategy and further distributing it to the treasury and other recipients. The Job is almost done, now we are waiting for their testing results.

3. Launched the GitBook Community Challenge for community members to enhance PowerPool’s technical documentation. The challenge will last for 1.5 months and allow participants to contribute in one (or several) of 4 categories:

  • Instructions and guides
  • Technical commits
  • Template Jobs
  • Other commits

On April 1st, 2024, PowerPool’s Research team will review all contributions made, nominate the winners, and distribute the $2,000 prize fund.

If you are well-versed with PowerAgent’s architecture and want to compete in this challenge, find all the details on PowerPool’s gov. forum: https://gov.powerpool.finance/t/gitbook-community-challenge/2017

4. Submitted a proposal for implementing Modular Abstraction in PowerAgent’s architecture. When integrated, it will allow for the customization of smart contract functionality by enabling or disabling modules and bring better control for users, facilitating desirable outcomes without creating new Jobs.

Stay tuned to PowerPool X (Twitter), a detailed article about Modular Abstraction possibilities and possible ways for implementation will come out soon!

5. Held a joint AMA with @QuillAudits introducing PowerAgent to a new community, explaining the concept of Keeper networks and their use cases, and discussing PowerPool’s approach to secure transactions and off-chain computations.

6. Conducted and published an interview with Breadchain Cooperative giving insights into their project and grant application.

7. PowerPool’s technical documentation has been further updated.

Community Call AMA #1–2024
