On Productific you can have your users submitting feature requests and ideas. These new ideas help your product grow and increase customer loyalty.
The Product Influencer Board (your product listing) provides users the option to submit feature requests: they can ask for small improvements, for new features or for adjustments which adjusts your product according for their needs.
The Productific dashboard will display new incoming feature requests to you, it also sends email notifications. You can assign feature requests to existing ideas (planned features) or create a new idea based on a feature request.
When assigned to an idea you can access the original feature requests sent by users. You know which ideas are backed by user requests and what the content of the request is.
Later on, when you built the feature, you can communicate to all customers who requested it. That contact list is right at your finger tips in Productific.
