Last week we revised our idea and widened our scope of working with girls scouts to cater a larger audience. We convened today to detail out the service blueprint and to figure out the nitty-gritty of the service flow. Our service is targeted towards organizations and groups that facilitate kids’ group activities, like gyms, schools, community centers etc. In order to make the children aware of their own bodies and physical health, these organizations could sign-up to our service and will be provided with a troop leader, who we imagine to be a high school students or young counselors interested in mentoring and facilitating these activities to earn community service hours as an incentive. Thus, our stakeholder map had to be revised to include troop leaders, experts like doctors, nurses etc. and co-ordinator as the main stakeholders of the service and apart from that children, parents, teachers, coaches and community leaders, volunteers and administrative staff of the organizations form a crucial part of the stakeholder map.

Revised Stakeholder Map

Based on the Practical service blueprinting framework, we began detailing out the first step of the service and briefly discussed the next steps of the service that we would detail out in the next class.
