Introducing PAI Forum

The official forum for Project PAI has just launched. Sign up at paiforum.com and join the global conversation on Project PAI. Regular announcements, event information, and project updates will be posted on the forums, so it’s the perfect place to keep up with all the latest PAI news! Project PAI will also release forum exclusive goodies and events, so don’t miss out!

Mining

Project PAI has been actively testing the mining of PAI coin to prepare for the Mainnet release of the PAI Blockchain.

The maximum supply of PAI coin will be 2.1 billion, with the initial circulating supply of PAI coin at 1.47 billion. As a Bitcoin derivative, PAI coin mining is currently compatible with bitcoin mining algorithms — miners verify the validity of transactions occurring on the blockchain using a Proof of Work (PoW) procedure. When a solution is found, miners receive PAI coin as compensation. 30% of the 2.1 Billion maximum supply of PAI coin will be allocated to miners. The starting block reward of 1500 PAI coin will be halved every 210,000 blocks, or approximately every 4 years. Any 2xSHA-256 compatible mining software or hardware can be used to mine PAI coin.

After testing in complete, Project PAI will release more information regarding speed and when mining will be available. For community members who believe in the vision and roadmap outlined by Project PAI, mining PAI coin will be one of the of the ways to become an early participant in the PAI blockchain ecosystem.

PAI in Dubai

Project PAI early adopter ObEN has been doing some tremendous work on the PAI blockchain. Now, ObEN’s Personal AI on the Project PAI blockchain has been selected for the Dubai Future Accelerator Program. The program enlists a select few of the world’s most innovative projects (see some of the amazing results of past cohorts here), and connects them with with government partners, industry leaders, and renowned mentors to develop prototype solutions for the world’s most challenging problems. Product Updates

Announcing PAIYO (Beta)

As many in the community know, last month Project PAI held several preview events where attendees were treated to a sneak peak at some developments on the PAI Blockchain.

ObEN will soon be releasing the first app on the PAI Blockchain. Called PAIYO — the app is a revolutionary social experience that will allow users to create a PAI that looks and sounds like them with a selfie and a short voice recording. They can then dress and style the PAI to match their taste and create AR videos featuring their PAI singing and dancing. No singing skills needed — ObEN’s technology will let users read a lyric and hear their PAI sing in their own voice. Each PAI created through the PAIYO app will be secured and authenticated on the PAI blockchain. Learn more at paiyo.com.
