Help for an LGBTQ+ person in Singapore or Asia can be tough to find in a mainstream landscape that does not actively promote it, so we have compiled a list of LGBTQ-supportive helplines in Singapore and around Asia that people can go to for help in situations of crisis.

This list prioritises 24-hour helpline support and is non-exhaustive. All timings reported are in local time of the country.

Some hotlines are posed as chatlines on apps and digital platforms.
