We are launching a whole new way to send mail and it’s called Punkpost Projects! Our brand new web-based platform lets you easily — and quickly — send handfuls of mail to customers, community members, potential clients and more within a few clicks.
The ordering process is optimized to help you send 100s of cards in the amount of time it would take you to write one. Once your order is placed, you get the same Punkpost experience: beautifully handwritten cards mailed by artists.
We started Punkpost in 2015 as a way to make sending heartfelt snail mail easier and more fun. We quickly saw that our customers were using Punkpost for more than just a quick note to a friend or one thank you card to Grandma. You all were using it for your businesses and organizations to thank customers and employees and to strengthen your relationships with them.
That’s why we built Punkpost Projects and why we can’t wait for you to start using it.
How Punkpost Projects works: If you’ve ever used the Punkpost app, you’re going to immediately see that Punkpost Projects is different. It starts by asking you to start a project, hence the name Punkpost Projects. Think of these as groups of cards that have a similar theme, such as client birthdays, vendor thank yous, or 2018 holiday cards.
Once you’ve started a project, you can pick your go-to cards for that particular occasion. Pick one — or 14—it’s totally up to you. And you can always come back for more.
Next, you’ll create a message template. This will allow you to quickly generate a card later, without getting delayed by writer’s block. But don’t worry, you will be able to customize and personalize every card later from your dashboard (shown below). This is just the starting point.
Once you’ve set up your project, you can add recipients, change cards, add to your message, schedule delivery and check out. Easy peasy.

With Projects, you can still use all your favorite Punkpost features, such as scheduling delivery, customizing card messages, and adding photos, hand-delivery and confetti.
