The Dead Sea Heals All Wounds

The dead sea
heals
as it seeps into
wounds
you didn’t even
know you had
and seals the old
only to refresh
and awaken
the new
like smelling sea salts

giving your body
back to you
floating atop
the sea of the dead
clad in clay
cleansing and washing away
every single bad day

because today is radiant
as the Mediterranean
sun shimmers
across the saltwater
purifying you.
