At Quidli, our bold vision is to rework work — and we want to start by helping other startups build work cultures where company and worker are truly aligned as common shareholders.

The first step towards building the future of work is to raise awareness of our vision. Therefore, in line with our protocol to meaningfully change employer-employee dynamics, we’re kicking off our first pre-ICO bounty program to reward early and active members who help us with community growth.

What is a Bounty?

A bounty program is comprised mainly of small tasks to incentivize community members to lend a hand. In Quidli’s case, we’re asking for support in marketing efforts — e.g. clap our Medium stories, subscribe to and comment on posts in our subreddit, share Quidli info on their own social networks, etc. Bounties can be completed in exchange for pre-ICO tokens. No application is necessary; just select a bounty task from our open Trello board, follow the instructions on the associated card, and collect once verified.

And if you think a bounty is too much effort, you can consider our airdrop — simply join our Telegram group and provide us with your e-mail address.

What exactly do you get in return?

For your efforts, Quidli rewards you in bountyQUID, our pre-ICO centralized token. Currently, this is in the form of a list we manage with a distribution of everyone’s respective earnings. In the future, all distributed bountyQUIDs will be automatically exchanged for QUID, our utility token (total bountyQUID comprises 2% of all QUID to be issued). This will occur during our token sale, which will be announced at a later date.

For now, simply complete a bounty and fill out a Completion Form describing your actions and demonstrating proof; upon verification, you’ll be rewarded with bountyQUIDs. Check out the public Bounty Program Summary table to track all bounty earnings (allow 72 hours for each update).

Note that all bounties are valid until future notice indicating termination. You can learn more about the process by referring to our Bounty Guide.

Do you want to get more involved?

Are you interested in Quidli’s mission of making equity splittable and tradable? We definitely still have a lot of work to do. So if you have any thoughts or suggestions, don’t hesitate to share. Or even better, if you want to help to us improve, why not join us (with QUID as compensation, of course)?

Let’s rework work together! Follow us to learn more about bounties, equity-for-labor, blockchain protocols, and to stay updated on Quidli’s progress.
