The Victoria (group 2)
Following the success of the charger installation project for the first installation group in this complex in December 2019, the board of the Victoria wished to initiate a second round of installations.
The charging solution (Electric Vehicle Energy Management System) and the installation approach (Partial Global Approach) already determined by the charging strategy in place and a charging policy already set up at the time of the first installation group, organizing the second one has been pretty simple.
The tenants were contacted in April 2020 to assess their interest to take part of this group: four of them came forward.
Installation
The board then asked the electrical contractor who had done the work for the first round of installations for a quote, which was approved by the tenants.
Four Flo G5 chargers were installed in June 2020. The workload was considerably reduced, thanks to the implementations done the first time around, which are the wall added for the electric vehicle energy management systems (EVEMS) and the cantrust allowing the piping to be installed the garage.

Rebate
This project took advantage of the Roulez Vert program established by the Quebec Government, through the section Borne de recharge à domicile, offering up to 50% cost reimbursement.
