Network Upgrades
On Thursday, we launched Community Activity Rewards designed to specifically reward creator communities who actively participate in the Rally Network. This marks the first time a community can earn rewards together.
New Weekly Video Updates on Discord and Google Hangout
In addition to this lovely newsletter and project blog, we’ve launched two new weekly meetings: one for $RLY holders and the other for anyone interested in project updates.
Community Treasury and $RLY Grant Proposals
Grant for Community Ambassador: Alex Phelps He would receive a $RLY grants from the Advisors and Collaborators pool as well as an engagement from the Community Treasury for work and services in support of the Rally Community. He will be responsible for working with Rally team members on Creator support, Community Management, and fostering Developers. Status: PASSED
Community Activity Rewards Proposal aims to launch Community Activity Rewards which will be calculated hourly, per Creator community and allocated proportional to each community based on their contribution to the overall net gain of $RLY backing all creator coins. Status: PASSED
PR, Marketing and Communications Firm Proposal aims to engage a crypto-focused PR, marketing and communications firm to drive awareness of the project through daily strategic content marketing (for example, bylines, blog, creator and product launch materials, promotional videos, newsletter and more), media relations, creator support, and event management (weekly community video call, key speaking opportunities and community meet-ups). Status: PASSED

BONUS: Rally co-founder Kevin Chou and journalist/Rally Researcher in Residence Joon Ian Wong were invited to participate in a fireside chat for Korea Blockchain Week 2020 where they discussed the rise of social tokens and how Rally is designed to break down entry barriers and deliver a whole new audience into crypto.
