Users can manage all their loans in the new dashboard!
Users have a new dashboard to manage all their loans on the same view!

The Credit Marketplace has a new dashboard to manage all the loans borrowed or funded in one place, replacing the previous “My Loans” section. The new dashboard has the same functions with some improvements, allowing users to check their loans’ status, repayment progress, instalments and more. This seeks to improve user experience by bringing together borrowed and lent loans in the same view while it offers a smoother overall look and feel of users’ loans without losing the most important information.

The dashboard’s main difference is its structure where loans borrowed and lent aren’t longer separated as before, now they’re together in one screen, facilitating a quick view of the active and inactive loans. That’s another change because there are divided into taps. The active loans tab will be selected by default and it shows all the loans borrowed and lent with awaiting actions which are the case of the loans ongoing, overdue and those waiting for collateralization or withdrawals. Then it’s the inactive loans tab where users can see the past loans that are fully repaid.

The new dashboard brings together borrowed and lent loans in a smoother look and feel.

Keep in mind that those loans that users requested will be displayed in their active borrowing column to immediately verified if they were funded. For that reason, the dashboard has a color status for each loan to help easily recognized them. Being able to see exactly in which status they are by simply moving the cursor over it. In the mobile version, the status appear above.

Another new characteristic is the menu options available in the borrowing column. From there users can trigger actions such as repay loans and add collateral on the same page. The last attribute users can enjoy are the aforementioned schedule progress where they can see their instalments and upcoming payments. In any case, all the specific data about the loans can be seen by clicking on the loan they’re interested in, redirecting to the Loan Detail section.

These are all the functionalities that currently have the dashboard. Further down the road, it will be improved again with other components and characteristics.
