I am presenting you a healthy and tasty “Oats- Dates Energy Balls with Walnuts” .

Surprise your mom with this beautiful energy balls, rolled in coconut flakes and a whole lot of love.

This dessert recipe only require four ingredients and super easy to make. Now you no longer need peanut butter or vanilla extract for your favorite dessert. Just make it at home whenever you want with few ingredients and enjoy the healthy stay at home.

Healthy and Tasty

Servings: 8 to 10 balls

Ingredients:

10 Medjool dates, pitted

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes

Method:

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain the dates completely and set aside. This step is totally optional. Medjool dates are soft enough to grind.
  2. Place soaked dates, oats, walnuts in a food processor.
  3. Pulse it until coarse or a thick batter forms.
  4. Remove the mixture and roll it into balls.
  5. Roll in shredded coconut flakes and store in the refrigerator until you serve.
  6. Tasty Oats- Dates energy balls with walnuts are ready to taste.
  7. Enjoy it with your loved one!
