Glimpses into the Stealler Universe: A Spotlight on Shining Stars
Nature Prompt: Third Week Prompt of May
Though my soul may set in darkness, it will rise in perfect light; I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night." - Sarah Williams
I struggled this week to decide what to write about for the nature prompt. I thought back to those summer holiday nights when we used to visit our hamlet, where my grandparents lived, as I was conversing with my mother about the past.
My memories of my grandparents will endure, even though they are no longer here. I recalled the moonlit nights when we used to spend the night on the open terrace, sleeping under the stars. People like to sleep outside in villages.
Villagers can take advantage of the cool night breeze and escape the heat inside their homes by sleeping on the terrace. Additionally, it can foster a sense of community because neighbors may choose to spend the night on their terraces together. However, this custom might change based on local customs, weather, and personal preferences.
The best experiences I’ve ever had were those. A sensation of freedom and fresh air is no longer felt when sleeping in air-conditioned beds in modern metropolises.
You can breathe in fresh air and benefit from natural ventilation when sleeping outside, which can enhance your sleep overall and support improved respiratory health.
The ability to watch the stars and other celestial bodies is one of the finest things about these memories for me. It can be a peaceful and mind-blowing experience that makes you aware of the size and magnificence of the universe.
The stars have a lot to teach us about life. One of the most important lessons I’ve taken from stars about life is that just as stars can only shine in the dark, so too must one pass through the shadows to see the light. Pain and adversity are necessary for you to shine brightly.
This week’s prompt is,
The darkest nights are when stars sparkle the brightest. They show us that there is always a glimpse of beauty and hope to be discovered, even in the middle of life’s darkest circumstances. We have the potential to shine brightly like stars, guiding and motivating people through difficult times. Draw motivation from the stars in the night sky and impart the lessons you learn from them to others.
