Hey re-inventors!

This is Day 2 of the “DOING THE THINGS THAT I WAS ‘GONNA’ DO” series.

The first day was awesome and so will be the next 29.

There is a reason I put a photo of Arnold. He is a inspiration for anyone looking to achieve anything, not just in bodybuilding but in any sphere.

His story shows how an exceptional work ethic can help you to truly CONQUER!

AND that is exactly what I am trying to do

So, what exactly am I going to do with this series? This is what I am going to do:

Redefine what working hard means to me and improve my work ethic

→ Make subtle but influential changes in different areas of my life : My workouts, my relationships and my work.

→ I will share all of my day with you guys (As is said in my last post, I will be completely vulnerable and authentic), each and every minute

→ I will show my insecurities along with the things that I do wrong, by analysing and introspecting at the end of the day as I write this post.

Here’s my day

5:36 : Wake up

5:50 : Workout

6:50 : Come back from the gym

7:10 : Shower and Snack

7:17 : Work

10:34 : Break

10:40 : Work

10:56 : Get ready for class

11:00 : Do some work (my class got delayed)

11:22 : Leave for class

4:18 : Back from class

4:25 to 4:40 : Lunch

4:42 : Work

6:12 to 6:16 : Make tea

6:16 : Back to work

6:31 to 6:42 : Drink tea

7:33 : Ab workout

7:55 : Work

8:36 to 8:54 : Sat with my dad when he came back from a tour after 3 days

8:54 : Work

9:20 : Dinner

9:40 : Tidy my room, sit with family

10:00 : Watch Daily vee (for 7 minutes)(The daily vlog of Gary vaynerchuk)

10:10 : Go to sleep

ANALYSIS OF MY DAY

One of the main things that did not go as planned was my phone was on silent and thus my alarm did not go off. So instead of waking up at 5:15 I woke up at 5:36.

I quickly rushed to the gym without eating anything. I hit legs today. It was an awesome workout, except one thing, I did not do abs as my legs was paining although I did the same in the evening!

I came back a took a shower. My mother needed help with her work, so I helped her for a couple of minutes. Then I ate my snack and then went straight back to work.

After 3 hours of work, I took a short break, got back to work. But then I realised I have to leave for class so I changed. Immediately, I got a text that the class was delayed so I went straight back to work.

20 minutes later I left for the class and came back after 4 hours, right at my desk; working.

Took a tea break to sit with my mother for about 15 minutes and then got back to work.

I was pretty much working till 8:30, except I had to do my ab workout which I missed in the morning.

I then sat with my family for some time, worked for few more minutes and went for dinner.

Before going to sleep today, I watched Daily vee 249, the Daily vlog of Gary Vaynerchuk. Although I love it, I haven’t seen it for days as I did not get time but when I get some time, it’s the only content I consume.

This was Day 2 which went extremely well.
