Daily Habits
Fitness: Today I again started with “do as many pull ups as I can” and did 40. Then did my warm-up, and focused mostly on obliques (side abs), for my direction towards the human flag.
Writing: First thing I started writing was this post. Will write a daily thought once I’m done.
Piano: Today in Flowkey I finished the “intro to reading sheet music” mini course!
Books: Continued reading Yuval Noah Harari’s (Sapiens author) new book, 21 lessons for the 21st century. He’s a great thinker, but so far it’s been mostly about politics, which is a topic I’m not particularly interested in.
Media Influencer: I feel these posts count towards the idea of media influencer — since Medium is media —but I specifically want to target Instagram. I feel it might not be the best platform for this type of documentation / project, but that’s where most people’s attention is at right now, so if I want to have “influence” and create value, I think that’s one of the best platforms for that right now, especially since so much of the content there is the equivalent of junk food for the mind. My hope is to find a system to share healthy and tasty food for the mind.
Meditation: 20mins in morning.
Soccer trick juggling: Today I also listened to music while doing juggling. Getting closer and closer to the around the world. Still can’t do it consistently.

Connections, takeaways and Ideas for tomorrow
Tomorrow is a “two extended activities” day, which have so far always felt more rushed/harder, so I’m going to try to do one extended activity in the morning and another one in the afternoon.
