We are what we repeatedly do. I’m re-inventing myself by improving in 15 areas at a time.

This post is part of my Re Human project.

Daily Habits

Books: Today I continued with the podcast by Tim Ferris and Graham Duncan.

Meditation: 20minutes in the morning.

Digital Drawing: Today I finished the lesson on Shadow Shapes:

In the video, the teacher uses a brush to smoothen the shadows. But my drawing is on iPad — a brush wouldn’t work.. So I experimented with ways to create the same effect:

yesterday, today, and the portrait I’m going for

Piano: Today I kept practicing I Giorni by Ludovico Einaudi on Flowkey.

Dance: Practiced with “Nevermind” by Dennis Lloyd.

Re Human Dynamic Activity: Fridays I’m a Digital Designer.

Today I taught my mom how to use Figma. And designed an instagram post with her for her Amateser (her movement about loving yourself) Instagram account:

Also did various mockups for my startup.

Writing: This post, code, journaling (day and night), and a daily thought.

Fitness: Today I was feeling a bit heavy from lunch, but I still tried my best in the 1-minute of chin-ups at the beginning of my workout and got to 55. Recorded myself — my faces are hilarious — looks like I’m suffering so much haha. Rest of workout was also about chin-ups and a bit of human flag.

Soccer trick juggling: Practiced for two consecutive around the worlds in a row consistently. One time I hit the ball on what would be the second consecutive around the world, but it fell right after.
