We are what we repeatedly do. I’m re-inventing myself by improving in 15 areas at a time.

This post is part of my Re Human project.

Daily Habits

Books: Today I started reading The things you can see only when you slow down. Some notes from today:

Is it the world that’s busy or is it our minds?

The world we see is what we choose to focus on.

Our awareness brings the world into being.

The most dangerous people are those who have passion but lack wisdom.

Meditation: 20minutes in the morning.

Digital Drawing: Continued watching the lesson on Structuring the Eyes:

Followed some of the instructor’s tips:

yesterday, today, and the portrait I’m going for

Piano: Today I practiced I Giorno by Ludovico Einaudi with the help of Flowkey.

Dance: Practiced my hip hop dance moves with a Reggaeton song: La Modelo by Ozuna. In the morning.

Re Human Dynamic Activity: Mondays I’m a VR Artist and Architect. Today I looked for what kinds of things I want to be building.

Definitely this:

Got some inspiration exploring artist profiles in this website:

Then I looked into interior design with VR:

Writing: This post, code, journaling (day and night), and a daily thought.

Fitness: Today was chin-ups day. Got to 53. Recorded myself in a new angle and realized I’m missing to cross the bar with my chin — been crossing with my head but I think the rule is to cross the chin, which makes it harder. So seems like I’m a bit farther than I thought for the world record (57), but still close enough where I’m going to keep training for it!

Soccer trick juggling: Today I put into practice the tips I saw in yesterday’s videos for getting consecutive around the worlds. Still didn’t get them
