Daily Habits

Books: Today I finished The things you can see only when you slow down and started reading Unlimited Memory. Some notes from today:

Three Cs for memory: Concentration, Create imagery, Consistency — continuous use.

To create memorable images:

Train senses to recreate images, Exaggerate, Energize

Use long term memory places (knowing body parts, car parts, etc.) to store concepts to remember.

We all have 10 types of intelligence I now remember through storing images on body parts:

1. Creative intelligence: feet standing on huge lightbulb

2. Personal intelligence: purse on my knees

3. Social intelligence: party on my thighs

4. Spiritual intelligence: angel belt

5. Physical intelligence: impressive abs

6. Senses intelligence: ears and tongue on my left hand

7. Sexual intelligence: you can imagine stuff on my right hand

8. Numerical intelligence: numbers flying out of my mouth

9. Spatial intelligence: spaceship landing on my nose

10. Verbal intelligence: my hair is talking

Meditation: 20minutes in the morning.

Digital Drawing: Watched more on the Structuring the Eyes lesson:

Followed some of the instructor’s tips:

yesterday and the portrait I’m going for. Today I focused on the video lessons.

Piano: Today I practiced I Giorno by Ludovico Einaudi with the help of Flowkey.

Dance: Practiced and enjoyed my hip hop dance moves with one song: Get Down on It. In the morning.

Re Human Dynamic Activity: Tuesdays I’m a Music Producer.

Today I gave a talk about Notion at the Notion office. They were hosting a community event. They wanted the speakers to arrive early, so for some time while I waited for people to come in, I practiced Music Production at their office!

Writing: This post, code, journaling (day and night), and two daily thoughts in the morning. Here’s one I liked about an analogy between ideas and candles:

when you share food you end up with less food.

but the same is not true for sharing ideas.

Ideas are like fire. People are candles.

if you share an idea, you still have it!

we’re in this world together. If you have a useful idea, share it with others.

Create value.

Fitness: Today I did Tabata method with jumping bodyweight squats. Then trained human flag push ups, handstands, abs, and burpees.

Soccer trick juggling: Today I practiced for two consecutive around the worlds but still didn’t get them.
