Marketing optimization, specifically lifecycle marketing, has been stuck in the proverbial Stone Age for years. Co-founders and fellow Cornell PhDs George Khachatryan and Victor Kostyuk collectively bring ample technical chops, business acumen, and enterprise experience to the table. George and Victor both led engagements with dozens of Fortune 100 enterprises during their stints as consultants.

Before founding OfferFit, George was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spurred the growth of some of the world’s largest companies. Previously, he co-founded an educational startup whose learning software, 15 years later, is still used by more than one million students.

Victor, an engineering aficionado and previously a Lead Data Scientist at the Boston Consulting Group, knows the ins and outs of offer personalization from his dealings with Fortune 500 stalwarts.
