A notice to Friends, Supporters, Contributors and all Nodebodies:

On behalf of the board of directors of RightMesh AG, we want you to know we are making progress to resolve the jurisdictional issue which prompted our decision to delay the Crowd Contribution period originally scheduled for March 27th, 2018.

RightMesh AG remains committed to doing things right — by all parties. The board and our counsel are gaining a better understanding of the issues being raised by the BC Securities Commission, and we have been engaged in round-the-clock discussions with multiple parties. It is our hope that we will reach a resolution promptly, though at this time, we have do not have a timeline for a rescheduled date.

Thank you all, also on behalf of the board of directors of RightMesh AG, for your unwavering support of the RightMesh project and our mission to connect the next billion people with mobile mesh networks, blockchain technology, and tokenization. We have been humbled by your words of encouragement and your acknowledgement that, as difficult as our decision to delay has been, we are doing the right thing.

If you have not yet, please join the RightMesh AG Official Telegram channel where community managers from around the globe are online 24/7 to answer your questions directly (and engage in lively discussions, you should really check it out!)

A Note About Whitelisting
Whitelist registration for the Crowd Contribution period is temporarily closed. It will re-open simultaneously with the announcement of a rescheduled date.

Existing whitelisted community members will not have to submit any new paperwork, and your signed Framework Agreements will be valid after this delay.

If you wish to participate in the rescheduled Crowd Contribution and are not yet Whitelisted, you still have an opportunity to contribute. In order to be prepared for Whitelist registration, please follow these instructions for KYC/AML now.

Choosing the to do things the ‘right’ way rather than the fast or easy way, is sometimes difficult. Thank you for continuing to support us, our mission, and our commitment to doing things right.

Sincerely,
The RightMesh Team
