Tier System for the ritestream Ecosystem

The ritestream entertainment ecosystem offers fans the chance to crowdfund, engage, watch & own collectibles in their favorite movies and TV shows.

The $RITE token serves as the cornerstone of the ritestream ecosystem, with staking being the essential mechanism for unlocking a multitude of benefits and opportunities within the ecosystem.

5-Level Tier System

There are five different tier levels for all the pillars in the ritestream entertainment ecosystem.

Note: Your qualification for the tiers is determined by the amount you stake.

We’ll add up all your staked amount, including both Liquidity Staking and $RITE-only staking.

Some pools have allocation multipliers. Does this affect my tier level?

The first two $RITE-only staking pools created on 31 Jan 2024 (the 5M and the 20M pools which are now closed) have a 2X allocation multiplier only BUT no tier multiplier.

This means that even if you staked 25,000 $RITE in any of two pools, we still count it as 25,000 $RITE in the tier level (i.e. Silver in this case) but in the allocation calculations, we count it as 50,000 $RITE (more info below).

Only the LP staking has a 4X allocation AND tier multiplier.

For example, if you staked 25,000 $RITE in the USDT:$RITE liquidity staking pool, we count it as 100,000 $RITE for both allocation calculations and tier level. This means you will effectively be on a Gold tier.

How are Seed, Private & Public Rounds different?

Seed Round usually has a 30–40% discount, Private Round has a 15–25% discount.

How is Allocation Size Determined?

Weighted allocation based on your total $RITE staked (across all pools) vs total participation in each sale. Note: Some staking pools have allocation multipliers.

For all other pools, 1 $RITE staked = 1 $RITE.

Dealing with Pools with Allocation Multipliers

Only 3 pools (5M, 20M and LP staking pools have special multipliers).

Will I get the same allocation if I am, say on the Gold tier with 51,000 staked vs 499,000 staked?

No. Although both are in the same Gold tier, we calculate allocations based on how much $RITE you staked. Therefore a 499,000 staker will have a higher allocation vs a 51,000 staker even though they are both in the same tier.

Why does liquidity staking have a 4X multiplier tier AND allocation multiplier?

We do this to incentivize the liquidity staking.

If I stake 250,000 $RITE in the first 2 pools which have a 2X allocation multiplier, will I be on the Gold tier (min. 50,000) or Platinum tier (min. 500,000)?

You will be on the Gold tier because this pool’s multiplier is an allocation multiplier and not a tier multiplier. Only the USDT:$RITE liquidity staking pools have a 4X multiplier for both allocation and tier levels.

How are Early Stakers Rewarded?

Early stakers are rewarded for their early participation because we also count the total APY accumulated at that moment in time for all allocation calculations.

How about people who create multiple wallets? Will this increase their chance to win the random NFT/token drops?

Chances of winning random NFT / token drops does not depend on the number of wallets. It depends on the number of $RITE you stake within your tier. The more you stake, the higher the chance of winning the drop within your tier.

If I stake in a new pool, will my 180-day lock-up extend for my first staked $RITE in the second pool?

No, you will have 2 different lock-up terms. The terms are displayed on the staking page https://staking.ritestream.io/

Summary of staking principles

Staking $RITE gives you benefits across all the Pillars in our ecosystem.
The more $RITE tokens you stake, the more benefits.
The more $RITE tokens you stake, the more $RITE you get.
Staking 1,000 $RITE in the liquidity pool gives 4,000 $RITE(4X multiplier)
Staking 1,000 $RITE in the $RITE-only staking pool gives you 1,000 $RITE(the exception being the pools created on 31 Jan 2024 which results in 2,000 $RITE)
The earlier you stake, the more $RITE you get (we also calculate APY accrued).
