What Is the Pride House?

The Pride House is a dedicated space created during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games to represent and celebrate the LGBTI+ community. Led by the Fier-Play association in collaboration with Paris 2024, this safe and welcoming space serves several essential purposes:

  1. Visibility for LGBTI+ Athletes: The Pride House ensures that LGBTI+ athletes are visible and celebrated. It provides a platform for them to express themselves freely during the Games.
  2. Awareness and Education: Through a program of celebratory, cultural, and educational activities, the Pride House raises awareness about the inclusion of LGBTI+ individuals in the world of sports.
  3. Support and Allyship: It serves as a meeting point for LGBTI+ supporters, athletes, and allies. Here, everyone can come together to celebrate achievements and foster a more inclusive sporting environment.

Three Forms of the Pride House

  1. Central Pride House: This is the primary space where the festive, cultural, sports, and educational programs will be based. Multiple locations including Rosa Bonheur sur Seine on the port des Invalides and another at Parc de La Villette. Each site will include activities and a nightly party will be at Rosa Bonheur.
  2. Mobile Pride House: A mobile version of the Pride House will travel to different Games venues, as well as around Paris and its surroundings, reaching spectators and the public.
  3. Digital Pride House: Accessible via smartphones, the Digital Pride House extends the initiative’s reach globally.
