The Sandbox May 2021 LAND Sale: Euphoria!
New LANDs, new NFTs, new partners! New names are making their way into The Sandbox Metaverse and along with their arrival, a new LAND sale will take place on Thursday, May 27 at 1 PM UTC!
The Euphoria sale will include a total of 900 LANDs available for direct purchase, as well as 400 Premium LANDs featuring exclusive NFTs.
The Sandbox is a decentralized gaming platform where players, gamers, and creators can design and monetize their user-generated content on the blockchain.
TL;DR:
- This LAND sale features several new partners including artists, game studios and other NFT metaverses.
- Two very special music partners will be revealed Tuesday May 25th.
- A total of 900 LANDs and 400 Premium LANDs will be available for direct purchase.
- Each Premium LAND will include a curated and unique Euphoria NFT collection.
- 11 ESTATES (5 Small, 4 Medium, 2 Large) will be auctioned on OpenSea for a 48 hours only event.

The Content: Premium LANDS
Premium LANDs offer two exclusive benefits. They are located closest to our partners, giving them a better chance to be visited by players after the game officially launches as they will bask in the partner’s aura. When purchasing a premium LAND, you also get exclusive NFTs that can only be purchased during that sale.
For the Euphoria LAND sale, 400 Premium LANDs, each located nearest to our partners and including unique NFTs will be up for grabs.
How to bid on OpenSea?
Five S ESTATES (3x3), four M ESTATES (6x6) as well as two L ESTATES (12x12) will be sold on an auction basis via our partner platform OpenSea. You will have 48 hours to bid for your desired ESTATE.
The process will remain the same as in Wave 1:
- A total of five S ESTATES (3x3), 4 M ESTATES (6x6) and two L ESTATES (12x12) will be sold in auction on OpenSea.
- Users will freely place their bids starting from Thursday, May 27th at 1PM until May 28th at 1PM UTC.
- Each ESTATE will have a floor price depending on its size.
- Bidders will have the choice to place a bid on any and every ESTATE they wish to acquire.
- Each bidder will have to outbid the subsequent bidder (place a higher bid than the previous one) to have a chance at winning the ESTATE.
- The final winner will be the one that has the highest bid by the end of the auction.

After the 48 hours have passed and the auction is completed, the highest bidders for each ESTATE will be validated and contacted to receive their winnings.
