The Plan for Our Agency is Set!

Lele and I have finally worked out the services that we will be offering through our new company.

Over February, my wife and I have been working on the plan to set up a marketing strategy management agency. Our main idea is to start providing so-called CMO on-demand service. This means we would be focusing on helping our clients set up a real strategy and manage their marketing. With a plan to help them grow enough to be able to onboard a full-time CMO later.

Until now, most companies that we have encountered have actually not set up any such strategy. Instead, they react to ideas heard via friends or read from the news. One day focusing on producing a lot of content. Then going all-in for email marketing. Only to later try LinkedIn Ads. Expecting fast results via any action — jumping from here to there in search of anything that would work.

In fact, often the companies do not even know who is their customer. Yes, they have a vague idea and sales are coming in. Yet even some of the bigger enterprises have never analysed their customer personas. Thus not knowing how to reach their potential customers. Or in the worse case, not really knowing their actual business either.

All this is something we are looking to help our clients with. Starting with an audit of their existing actions to see if we can improve their marketing with just a few tips. Then set up a marketing strategy after analysing their business and customer personas. And finally implementing the strategy via managing the whole process.

We are first looking towards helping the engineering-heavy industry. Towards companies full of techies that produce awesome products but lack marketing skills. Such as various types of manufacturing plants or robotics and space tech companies. Because it seems that they have it the hardest when it comes to attracting marketing talent. Especially as the sales cycles are long and resources can be scarce. But we see how the future of innovation depends on those companies succeeding — so let’s help them!
