Connecting with your audience on Wisio is the easiest and most meaningful way to earn a living through your experience and expertise. Increase your impact by offering your audience EXACTLY what they want, so that they just HAVE TO HAVE it.

How Do You Create an Invaluable Service? A 4-Step Guide:

1. Be Relevant: You know your audience pretty darn well, and you probably already know what they want to ask you. If nothing comes to mind right away, take a deep breath, close your eyes, and think about the types of questions and requests you get in your DMs and emails. Consider everything that makes you, you: your experience, your passion, and your expertise, and then reflect on how you can pass this on to your audience. Now, create services based on these criteria.

Here are some of our most successful services by vertical:

Music and the performing arts: Critiques/reactions to a specific song; career/industry advice; and audition prep.

Beauty, fashion, and lifestyle: Customized product recs; quick shots of advice; and shoutouts and birthday greetings.

Life and Relationship Coaches: Quick advice for specific questions.

Art and Design: Pep-talks; career/industry advice; portfolio reviews.

All verticals: Emergency help — get a video response within 48 hours (at an increased price)

2. Be Valued. When determining how much to charge, think about how long a request will take you to answer. Here’s a formula we have found works for most creators:

Service cost=(your hourly rate/60) * how long it will take you to respond.

For example, if you charge $200 an hour and a vocal critique will take you 5 minutes, you should charge $17 to start. When you see the demand, you can increase or decrease your prices accordingly.

If you don’t know where to start, a good guideline is that most responses will take 5 minutes start to finish (including reading the request), and that $15-$45 is standard for a single service depending on how demanding your response is.

3. Be Clear. Your followers should know exactly what to expect from each of your services. Let them know if you prefer receiving a voice file, video file, or text, and what information they should include.

4. Be Prepared. You can save time by building a questionnaire to get all the info you need for your responses, and eliminate the need for back and forth. See it in action!
