A Walk Through the Lighthouse
As recently announced, the Lighthouse is now open for registration! Now, in addition to our FAQ, we have this one stop information
Here you’ll find every step detailed specifically, and it should be more than enough to get you started on the Lighthouse. However, if you don’t manage to pass a certain step, feel free to drop us a message in our help widget.

Go to the Lighthouse
Hop on over to the Lighthouse to get started. Make sure you’re using the correct link: https://seascape.house/
Connecting your Wallet
Once on the Lighthouse, connect your wallet by clicking on the connect wallet on the top right corner or on the button in the pop up that appears if you are on the Tiers page.
Metamask is the first official wallet of the Seascape Network. If you do not have Metamask, we highly recomend downloading it at: https://metamask.io/download
If you have never used metamask before, be sure to check out their FAQ for what NOT to do, and what to do: https://metamask.io/faqs.html
Check the Security section in particular and never give your seed phrase to anyone ever after saving it. Unlike traditional channels, there is no way to reset your password, so be extra careful with this information!
Click on the Sign button at the bottom
While all Tiers requirements will be checked on ETH, BSC and MOVR, the IDO funding itself will happen on MOVR. Be sure to add the Moonriver network to your wallet. To do so head to your Metamask and click on the Network.
Click on Custom RPC
And add Moonriver Network
- Network Name: Moonriver
- RPC URL: https://rpc.moonriver.moonbeam.network
- ChainID: 1285 (hex: 0x505)
- Symbol (Optional): MOVR
- Block Explorer (Optional):https://blockscout.moonriver.moonbeam.network/
Passing the KYC
The KYC process will only need to be passed once and not at every IDO. First make sure you are on the list of eligible countries by checking our FAQ.
To pass the KYC,head to your Profile page accessible by clicking on profile after hovering over your wallet address.
Once there hover over the red Icon, and click on the yellow hyperlink.
If you don’t do it here, you will be prompted to pass it when you try to register for an IDO for the first time, as passing the KYC process is necessary for participation in the IDO
The KYC process is fairly straightforward, for it you will need
Something to prove your identity and Residence.
Accepted proof of identity:
ID card
Passport
Residence Permit
Driver’s License
Accepted Proof of Residence:
- Bank statements
- Utility bills (The documents that you provide shouldn’t be older than 3 months)
- Internet/cable TV/house phone line bills
- Tax returns
- Council tax bills
- Government-issued certifications of residence, etc.
Not accepted:
- Screenshots
- Mobile phone bills
- Medical bills
- Receipts for purchases
- Insurance statements
Finally, you will be required to take a selfie while rotating your head in real time.
Now, just wait to get accepted. The process can be very quick, but may take up to two hours. If you encounter any issues, first follow these steps:
- Make sure you are part of the eligible countries,
- You have submitted an accepted document
- You are not using a VPN or anything that might compromise the integrity of the information you are submitting
If despite everything you still don’t manage to pass, be sure to drop a message to our Customer Support.
Claiming your Tier
In order to claim a Tier, you will need to fulfill certain requirements. Please check this guide here for more information on how you can make this a reality.

Registering for the IDO
Once you have at least Tier 1 and have passed the KYC, head to the projects page to find the project you are interested in. If the registration phase is open, you can get started by clicking on its banner on the home page.
Scroll down and click on Register in the project information section.
Click on Register
Do note that your Tier will be checked at the end of the registration period, so you still have a chance to increase your Tier before registration finishes.
After you approve the transaction, you should receive a confirmation message.
IDO Dates
The IDO is divided in three phases,
Phase One: The registration phase takes 7 days during which you must have passed the KYC, claimed as high a Tier as you feel comfortable doing, and registered for the project you are interested in.
Phase Two: Once the registration phase finishes, the Random Allotment will take place. Here, users of various Tiers will be selected. (See our articles or FAQ for how this process works.) After the selected users are notified, they will have 5 days to prefund. Failure to complete funding by the end of the 5 days will concede their allotment automatically to the Auction Pool. Prefunding is a fixed price, whereas Auction Pool funding is based on user preference. Winners of the random allotments who prefund will lose their Tier, which is the only way to lose one’s Tier.
Phase Three: After the prefund phase comes the Auction Pool. During the Auction Pool, participants who did not win the Random Allotments will have 24 Hours to invest once. At the end of the phase the participants will receive the % of project tokens in the pool depending on how much they spent compared to hw much was spent by everyone in the pool.
