The Lighthouse is about to shine its bright light on the entire Cryptosphere. The future of DeFi is here. Are you ready to join the movement?

Let’s cut to the chase. You want to know how to get in on the action with minimal frustration. This should help with all steps of the process. This guide should help you navigate each step with ease, and as always if you have any questions, check out our amazing, tireless team over on Telegram and we’re always willing to help.

What You Need to Know

Only players that have passed the KYC and have at least Tier 1 can join the IDO, and they can only join once per project. You do not need to undergo KYC again for future projects, one time is sufficient.

Users join for their highest Tier as well as for the one(s) below it. For instance, if you are Tier 3, you are eligible to win for Tier 3, 2, and 1.

You will lose your entire Tier after funding for a project with the random allotments, regardless of the Tier you won. However, if the requirements change for later projects, your Tier will be unaffected.

What You Need to Do

Go get KYC’d. This is extremely important, as certain countries are restricted by law from participation. We absolutely welcome everyone to partake in Seascape in the myriad other avenues available, though IDO laws are outside of our hands. You will be prompted to undergo the KYC process once you register for a project, but if you’d like to do it in advance go to your profile on the Lighthouse website and undergo the KYC process. The results should come very quickly, only a matter of minutes.

Next, go and get your Tier. Your Tier will be read at the end of Registration. This means that you will have the opportunity to increase your Tier, should you desire. Get your highest Tier before the end of Registration and the beginning of the Random Allocation.

Now that Registration is live you have seven days, running until 17 November 2021 at 2:30pm UTC to register for the IDO. Then comes the Random Allotment. If you are chosen for the Random Allotment, you will have a limited amount of time to prefund for your allotment. When the prefund period ends, scheduled for 22 November 2021, you receive a pop up in the Lighthouse alerting you that you may start funding, as well as an email. At the time, if you have not prefunded, you will lose your allotment which will then be added to the Auction Pool, currently scheduled for 23 November. After this time will come the auction pool which is open to the public. All participants will have 24 hours to fund their portion of the auction pool. Disclaimer: Times are subject to fluctuate mildly pending extenuating circumstances.

What You Need to Swim in the Auction Pool

The auction pool is only open to those who attempted to participate in the Random Allotment and have lost, thus they will have at least Tier 1. The good news? You are GUARANTEED some of the project’s token as long as you participate and fund. You may only fund once, but can fund for as much as you want. At the end of the Auction Pool, you will receive your % of the funded pool in the project’s token, so be sure to fund as much as possible to not miss out!

First 100 users to fund will get a free Lighthouse NFT, which is separate from the Allocation NFT for the project. These players will receive the Lighthouse NFT immediately upon the completion of funding.

If you participate in the Auction pool, your Tier is not consumed and may be used in future projects.

For a step-by-step breakdown of how to sign up, how to pay, and how to participate, check out our Walk Through the Lighthouse article. The countdown starts today. Are you ready to build the future of DeFi with your own hands? The Lighthouse awaits.
