Alice represents someone who is exploring the ‘Agile’ wonderland. I’m mapping the narrative of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ to illustrate the complexity of the ‘inner’ transformation of professionals who undergo this journey.

This chapter is about unraveling the ‘spirit’. After all, agility, deep down, is about moving the spirit.

In this chapter, she seeks to grow back to being who she was. Instead, she encounters spiritual beings who guide her towards discovering her new self.

While she was peering about anxiously among the trees, a little sharp bark just over her head made her look up in a great hurry. An enormous puppy was looking down at her with large round eyes, and feebly stretching out one paw, trying to touch her.

Alice encounters a puppy! For the first time since she’s entered Wonderland, it behaves…
